What would these CPU's be classified as? P4/Mac/Green Fiber Metal Top?

Yes, that would be green fiber with metal. The heat sink on top will need to be removed. The reason for the grade is that in addition to the CPU and graphics processor on the same card, you have capacitors on there. Harvesting the capacitors won't upgrade the card either.
