 Post subject: Grade motherboards

I would like to know the grade for these motherboards and if I safely remove the soldered cpus, would that downgrade the board?

looks like both will take a downgrade to peripheral if the CPUs are removed. I would sell both as is. For the second board, the green card that is sitting on top can be removed by removing the two torx screws that hold it in place.
