Those contacts are most likely silver or silver plate. The bars are most likely nickel plated copper. Nickel is for more common for these than silver is. As for quoting; normally I put this stuff in its own bag and quote it as silver-brass. The value difference between copper and electronics brass is negligible. Standard brasses can be as low as 30% copper (snow brass) but electrical brass like plated electrical pins tend to be 92%-98% copper. So no; there’s no different categories for them.
