Does anyone know if this is silver plate? Looks like silver contacts. It's definitely copper, not brass. I know boardsort has a category for silver plate brass, but do they have a category for silver plate copper?

Those contacts are most likely silver or silver plate. The bars are most likely nickel plated copper. Nickel is for more common for these than silver is.
As for quoting; normally I put this stuff in its own bag and quote it as silver-brass.
The value difference between copper and electronics brass is negligible.
Standard brasses can be as low as 30% copper (snow brass) but electrical brass like plated electrical pins tend to be 92%-98% copper.
So no; there’s no different categories for them.

The info is much appreciated again. I ended up cutting out the contacts and throwing the rest in my #2 copper. I thought that would give me the most value.
