To me it doesn't look like anything of real value populating the card, going to go with gold finger card.

For more clarity, could it be possible to remove the screws to the brackets holding the two cards together? From one perspective, there appears to be a lot of monolithic ceramic capactitors (MCCs) on one of the boards, so it may qualify for something better than peripheral pricing. This may also be a board that you can remove the fingers from without downgrading the board in the process.

Now it appears to be more in line with the description of a telecom board. All we need now is boardsort to confirm it and give you current pricing.

Yes, that is a Telecom board. Nicely populated, low profile, gold fingers. Good stuff!
