The board on the top left from the credit card reader appears to be peripheral grade due to gold plating. The boards that make up the keypad are either mid-grade or peripheral, depending if there's any precious metal used on the contacts.
The first board you posted would be considered peripheral if the ports have gold plating on the pins. If Boardsort classifies it as low grade, you could remove the ports and sell them with your cable ends.
The second board to me appears to fall in the peripheral category. There are not a whole lot of IC chips on the board and it appears that the card came out of a cable box or cable modem.
The IC chip I couldn't tell anything since the flash or available lighting overexposed the camera. I'm guessing it's just a regular IC chip.
The board below the IC chip appears to be inline with Boardsort's description of a peripheral board.
Your last board if not graded as telecom by Boardsort would probably pass as a small socket motherboard.
