Customer has about 300 lbs. of these board's, still new to this and don't know how to price them. Thank's.

I would wait until one of the forum moderators confirms the grade so you make a very educated purchase. Unless you buy them as mid grade to play it safe. I don't see that many ic chips but there is a good number of monolithic ceramic capacitors.

Those appear to be peripheral grade. I do see a few IC chips on there, but with the appearance of what may be tantalum capacitors, these may make up for the lack of IC population.

There's no doubt the yellow rectangles are tantalum capacitors.
