What grade is this IC it has gold leads and gold traces

Remove the large IC and sell it separately as an IC chip. The rest is low grade. I'll leave it to boardsort if they want to treat that as peripheral grade leaving it as-is.

Wasn't quite sure do to the gold legs and gold traces on the IC. Thank you
