I am new here so i am trying to get this right

That one could go for Telecom. You can remove the cpu with gold plating (to sell separately) located in the upper right corner of the board. The chip is cover with white tape. You can sell that as Motorola/Foreing Cpu. The other similar chip you can leave on the board unless it has visible gold plating

I agree with both michaelward4442 and 602bridgeway. You should be able to remove the gold cap IC with a flathead screwdriver if it's socketed in place.
