Again im new here , i promise imma get this whole board identification down!!
And a quick thank you to everyone who helped on my last question.
so i took apart power supplys and the board inside is brown/tan/white on the top side and green on bottom
Does that mean its a lowgrade board???

yes, that is low grade. If you want, before selling the board, strip off all the heatsinks and transformers. The toroidal coil transformers (circular ones with exposed copper) can be broken with pliers and the copper separated. The heatsinks can go with your aluminum.

I remove the ic chips gently not to break them with a small flat screw driver and keep them to sell to Boardsort. They come right off.
