How do the two gold chips rate and is there a certain way to remove them. First time ive seen these. Also what does the board grade after removing them

They may go for Motorola/Foreign CPU. Try a heat gun if they are soldered on the board which it looks like.

no, the legs are too thick... and you want to keep the legs too... they have gold on them. heat gun works the best.
