Not sure how to grade this kind of board. Any help is welcomed. Fingers are silver.

Is it brown on any side? If not then it is a mid grade board.

I see a few ICs on there, so it will get peripheral grade. I would remove the toroidal coil from it and seperate the copper from the ferrous core along with what I believe is an aluminum heat sink. Then, your chances of the board being graded peripheral would be better.
