Second photo down, the two cards from the right will likely go as Telecom.

I've had a few boards that were very much like that larger one. I removed the brackets, added them to my Telecom, and added a note in my tracking number email to suggest they double check my Telecom. Chris responded that all was good.

I would remove metal brackets and put all in telecom. The question would then be should you cut the fingers off without down grading the board i would say yes you can cut them off and the board still be telecom but i would let the moderators weigh in.

I've taken the same boards in and one day theyre finger cards, next time telecom. Take the brackets off, and if you cut the fingers it still is there def of telecom, based on chip pop. Unless its very dense ic pop leave them as is, the dif is only $.30/lb or so. 100 lbs will make you $30 more, and the time it will take you, I'd let it be. Boards that size it'd take what, 200 boards for 100 lbs, 200 brackets? If you're bored or unmarried maybe, lol.
