Come across a couple hundred of these. Never seen them this small. Ram or not?

I would say yes it says on tag 128m and ddr 333

not as much weight to those as compared to desktop RAM, but still gold fingered RAM. I would figure about 40 to 50 sticks of laptop RAM would make a pound.
