I have approx 15 lbs of wireless broadband cards. What is the value of these.

The board appears to be peripheral grade. The casing is either steel or aluminum. To determine which material it is, hold an angle grinder or dremel tool with cutoff wheel to the casing and if you see sparks, it's steel. If not, it's aluminum. You can also hold a magnet to it to test for steel, but if the magnet does not stick, you will need the grinder to test to see if it's non-magnetic stainless steel.
