What would these be classified as?

Those will likely go as green fiber with metal due to the metal cap on top of the CPU. The cap on top of the base appears to be the same material used for Pentium 4 and newer chips, so it's not likely to fetch AMD ceramic with aluminum top pricing.

Sun chips are NOT fiber they are ceramic and older ones are gold caps so have them checked.
