Are these telecom
boards???

The single is from big ibm server the cpu wont budge - what category for payout???

The motherboard will go as a small socket motherboard. To get large socket grade, the CPU must be removable from the socket and the socket size needs to be around 2" or greater.

In your other photo, the top two boards are telecom, while the one on the bottom appears to be more in line with peripheral grade.
