I work in demolition and come across viles of mercury all the time. Typically in older thermostats. I used to save it but couldn't find a buyer so I properly disposed of it. I was wondering if this is something boardsort would be interested in or could point me in the right direction?

No, unfortunately we do not buy, accept or handle any forms of mercury.

However you may want to check out Bethlehem Apparatus:

At the very least they can tell you alternative methods to properly dispose of it.

You know that mercury is an extremely dangerous substance and you should exercise extreme caution when handling and shipping this neurotoxin.

Sorry we cannot be of more help.

No problem thanks for the quick response. I am very aware of the dangers of mercury. I have taken several hazardous materials classes for my job :)
