i have a processor a 486, that was glued to the heat sink from the factory, do i have to separate it to sell it?

Yes. Use a flathead screwdriver to pry it off. I would not use a heat gun as you may lose the pins off the processor in the process and instead of getting 386/486 price, you may get no-pin price.

Yes, you will need to remove that heat sink. As mentioned, try a flat head screw driver and work it around the edges until it loosens up and pops off.
