Hey guys, how are we?

Is it possible to send material from overseas? Is it allowed?

If so, is it profitable? Does anyone do this?

Cheers,
Lucas.

The short quick answer is no.
Boardsort does not accept overseas shipments themselves. Period.
They also can't help you further if you attempt the following: there's many many rules and laws involved and they're not set up for it.

You could contract with a transfer service. The only way this would be profitable is if you're dealing with tonnage (container loads) or very high value material like 8080 class and 386/486 class CPUs. In both cases you'll hit the tax and duty flat plane very quickly.
Global Systems is one of the largest and most reputable. Amazon and alibris both use them, as does eBay. That's as much as I can say for this here.
Again boardsort will not accept any shipment at the dock with a foreign address on it. No matter where it comes from.
