How do i identify these?? Just gold pins??

Gold pins.
They're not on the quote form but when you send them in they are scanned with an xrf unit to find the exact materials content and paid accordingly.

Rough estimate how much per pound would you say they go from, low to high range?

50 cents to $50 on the less wide range.
Most fall into $1-$10 per lb though
