Hi,

The mouse board pictured below has a gold legged chip. Does it make a difference on the boards grade? Should I just pull the chip and chuck the the remains to low grade.

I Normally put these in peripheral, the chip is a DLP/dsp. As long as the extraneous weight is minimal. Separate you'll get green fibre for the IC.

That's interesting......I'm guessing it's not worth the trouble to pull the chip?

They weigh almost nothing. I've done it but again they weigh almost nothing
