The larger scanner has screws that are attracted to a magnetic and the ones that came from the outside of the case are non magnetic

You were saying in my other post, about buyers interested in the lcd screen? Can you give me an idea on how to charge these guys? No docking station came with them.
And as always Thanks....
P.S. On the topic of "art",
I am a scrapper first, and still learning the e-scrap, but by saying that if I see something that is different from the "norm" or if I think it can be up-cycled, then it finds its way into my "rusty gold" pile.

The smallest screens like entery level digital watches will never get over 50c to a dollar each unless they're special (and thus not entry level) like the Nintendo game watches or Sega Go.
But the screen for a galaxy gear or iWatch can fetch $50 or more.

For led displays (no crystals) your looking at up to a dollar working or 1-5 cents per lb dead

For LCD displays
Dead they run about 30-60 cents per lb. working the range is from under one dollar to over one hundred depending on more factors than I can dedicate space to here
Glass displays will always be worth more than plastic working; the opposite is true damaged.

Anything abnormal such as liquid electro magnetic matrix start around $40-60 working and climbs fast with size. Hundreds is commonly seen, thousands not unheard of

eInk starts at $10 working and climbs fast with size as well. Working screens for the first two generations are worth more than later non pearl screens. Working onyx screens start in the low triple digits. The 7 inch onyx gen 1 screens regularly sell on eBay for 80-120 and the 10 inch and 13 inch displays I've never seen below 250.

Scrap rates
Sealed led 1-5 cents per lb
Vented led under 5 cents

Glass nickel vacuum 1-10 cents
Glass silver vacuum 5-20 cents
Glass platinum or high grade 25 cents to $1 per lb

LCD up to 50-60 cents and varied greatly

Plasma With back 70c to $1.20
Plasma without back $1.20 - $2.00 per lb

Tube screens whole unbroken but vented (stem solid no gun) 1-15 cents
Tube screens whole unbroken but vented (stem sold with gun) 10-30 cents
Tube screens broken under 10 cents per Lb and usually as lead shred steel shred or dirty glass
Nobody wants unvented tube TVs

eInk displays 30-70 cents per pound

A)$5
B)scrap
C)$1
D)scrap
E)$1-$5 (is complete)
F)$10
G)$10-25

Such is scrap. The more you learn the less you know.
Trust me when I tell you you you'll get the hang of it but never know everything.
Sometimes I feel like I'm getting dumber. Lol

Honestly though ask away. That's what these forums are for.
