Post subject: CPU from an Apple attached to a board

I think I know the answer to the question since I see a similar item in the E-scrap gallery under green fiber with metal. The CPU is attached to the board. Any advise? thanks

I have one very similar to it and I tossed it into the green fiber with metal pile.
