You're gonna have one hell of a time trying to remove the heatsinks from those. I've heard everything from boiling (Chris's idea) to heat guns to baking in a household oven on clean cycle (my former method). Reality is all that works for cx and k6 CPUs but I've cracked so many of this design I don't even try anymore. Pentium is the lowest class of full size ceramic cpu. The sink brings most of these to this grade. Anything larger (MCMs) smaller (Moto 64c and 66J) or thinner (AMD K6-2) with a sink goes AMD ceramic with metal caps.
Yes that would be a higher classed chip (up to Chris) without the sink but as soon as you damage it you're right back to pentium class, or worse. It's honestly not worth the effort of removal.
