Assuming it all works?
Right off that's a nice soundblaster and fan controller.
That I/o card has FireWire so not much but can definitely sell easily.

It's a fairly outdated gaming system. The wires are for show
Not knowing the condition; stuff like this ends up trashed for one of two reasons more than anything else.
Kid went to college and parents are clueless
Bad fan burned up the cpu.

The first thin you'd want to do is SLOWLY pull out all the wires one connection at a time and look for any signs of burnt board.
That would rule out any kind major surge. From there remove the power supply to get some room to work and pop that cpu cooler off. Again looking for anything out of the ordinary.
Still looking good?
Toss the sound card and front dock
And that I/o card
On ebay AS IS Untested

The SB set should pull around $25-$50 having the whole kit. (Don't loose the crossover wires between the dock and board).

IO with FireWire should be $5-$10 unknown

I wouldn't mess with the rest of it beyond scrap not knowing conditions.

That design from soundblaster was, and is, popular for full size cases.
The front dock is actually quite short compared to some competitors and will even fit in front of some popular fan bay units with some fancy wiring applied. Helping it to hold its value as it ages. And the docs and cards are SOMEWHAT interchangeable with each other allowing X2 and xfi etc to be paired up for differently uses.
If you knew for sure it worked you cpu get a fair bit more, but as is for something you pulled from a curb it's a great score regardless.

I used an X2 dock with my xFi card for a long time since the dock gave me rca I/o and the card supported 14.3.
