This is one older Sun server board that connects together.

I split it and showing the front and back of each half along with gold pin connectors.

how are these graded please?

I believe the main board with the CPU socket will go as a motherboard. grade will be determined by the size of the CPU socket, but I'm guessing large socket. The other board that goes with it would appear to fall in the backplane category.

I would buy all of the boards in those pictures as Telecom grade, no problem.
