This is a two and a half pound telco board that has some unique things that I'm curious about.
1 - around the center of the board are these IC jumpers that look to be gold, should I pull them for gold pins?
2 - any point in pulling some of these ICs, or am I just going to piss off the folks at BoardSort ?

Since telecom is the same price as ic chips, there is no advantage of taking then off.

I wouldn't bother with the pins because it often turns into to much time for too little return... but that is my personal opinion...

How much time you want to put into it is up to you, but often times I see people spend hours chasing pennies.

Board’s definitely telco. I wouldn’t mess with the jumpers unless they’re removable. In which case I’d remove them and snip the plastic off with wire snips. If it’s soldered on I’d ignore them and move along.
