I sent my items via UPS and Boardsort received it on 10/12/2017 but I still have not received payment. I requested payment to my PayPal account. I did enclose the printout of the quote and referenced the invoice number on my UPS label. I have sent 2 emails checking on my payment. Is there some other way to follow-up?

Chris said you’re order was processed later than it should have been for some reason. And that you should have everything completed at this point now.

I also sent in some material. It was my first send. How do I check the status of my shipment? I have another shipment ready now, but want to make sure it is all working properly before I send it.

You should receive payment the following Thursday as long as your package arrived by mid day Wednesday.
If you don’t receive payment by the second Thursday after your deliver was listed by the shipper as delivered, send Chris an email with your order number and he can see what the status is.
The one week turnaround is average and covers nearly all shipments but occasionally things will need to be reviewed better (eg pins or many telco boards) and that can cause a slight delay.
