It won’t, for the same reason having ram soldered on a motherboard doesn’t get ram rate.
This will be peripheral. The little modules that slot into those expansions however are regular ram, despite the different look

I see.....Thanks for the response Los. How about these other two? One has fingers so I assume it would either be GFC or Telco. And this one with two slot I.C'S I assume would either be peripheral or telco. I would like to know how you grade these as well please. and thanks. The ports on the back of that card are also have gold plated pins.

That first board front and back will be peripheral. The small controller (square) you can go ahead and pop out. Gets IC rate. That prom, top right, also looks socketed. If it is pop that as well. With Silver or nickel pins will get IC rate, gold pins it jumps to pentium Mac ceramic.

As long as there’s memory modules on the back as well:
That ram board is really pushing the edge of the class but personally I’d still throw it in gold finger ram. Looks like powered buffer ram? Or maybe battery backed if the ribbon connected to a board with a small battery.
Regardless as I said it’s really pushing the edge of the class but I’d go gold finger ram myself here.

No rear memory it will be gold finger card

Thanks for the input! in all honesty I have no clue what it is or what its used for but the ram board came from a server. This does not have modules at the back so I guess its gfc. Does not have much weight to it either but it was interesting enough to simply know what grade it might fall into. Thanks for your time LOS, I know you have been in this site for quite awhile now consistently and patiently helping folks grade their boards. Your help is always appreciated. Happy Holidays !

The module is used as a cache ram. Hence the pin port on one end. Not all that common, took a bit of digging to find it.
