What would this motherboard grade?

I'd like to know what that board came out of. As for grading, I would give it telecom due to the amount of gold plating around the sockets and all those capacitors which appear to be tantalum.

It came out of an old IBM pSeries eServer. That server had more coated copper (50lbs or more) and other valuable scrap items in it than any other I have seen. It had 8 of the 16GB RAM boards pictured below. What would you classify the RAM board as?
