I was hoping someone could help me with a few beginners questions. First, do motherboards have to be a complete, one piece, non broken board? I understand that it is most likely frowned upon sending in a box of small pieces, but if the majority of the board is intact is that okay? Also, can I send Lithium LI drill batteries in? Thanks!

Motherboards that are complete and you break, for instance to fit in a box, are ohkay as long as they are still complete.
Motherboards that are missing pieces will be graded according to what’s missing. Generally a lower motherboard class or peripheral, unless major parts or components are missing; for midgrade

Boardsort was accepting batteries like that that had gold slide locks, for a while.
To find out the current status on such batteries now you’ll be best served contacting Chris directly.
