First the scrap. The main board is high telco. A bunch of ram. Some random removable ICs. A low telco board. A midgrade board. And the display board—probably midgrade.
That said these can fetch 3 figures when they work. So you may want to play around with swapping the internals to see if you can get any working systems. $75-$150 is normal for working ones in good-to-great condition. While buggy, these were fairly resilient POS systems. For that reason they tend to be found it’s beat up often. Where the price for working drops to $25-$75.
