In the payout list what is the "silver plated brass"?

Those are almost never silver plate. Electrical cable prongs are usually tin for interior cables and aluminium alloys for extension cables and outdoor cables.
I hole spoons and forks and mugs are covered; computer related it’s going to be older pins from ROMs, connectors from boards, pins out of serial cables.
It also generally cover silver plated copper so if you strip plated copper and brass wires that falls into this as well.
