P4/Green fibre with metal.
The AMD aluminium cap class only covers the late k5 and K6 chips
This is a heavy copper tungsten alloy cap. Some people have removed the caps from GFwM. I’ve never succeeded in de-lidding an AMD am socket series chip though. I suggest not trying. Break the chip and the pieces become peripheral.
