Normally I get the desktop CD drives and not compact laptop drives so I have a few pictures that I wanted to see where the boards from the laptop drives fall.

This group is all blank on the back so just the photo of the fronts, I would guess these all fall into CD-Rom boards category?

These two photos, front and back, I think the two on the right are good for CD-Rom but the other three, which are also from a DVD/CD drive, I'm not sure.

On the second front/back photo set:
Three small ones would be peripheral; the controller is on another board.
Rest are all cd/dvd.

Got a few more boards that I believe are all DVD/CD. I assume if something has NTSC or PAL, or even better DVD, on the board that implies some function for reading a DVD and therefore would fall under the DVD/CD Drive Board category but, since I'm not 100% sure, I'm posting pics.
