They are IC chips. The CPU doesn’t have any gold plating to make it into any of the CPU’s grades. The component I circled in the red isn’t an IC chip though. Those you can sell locally as dirty brass I guess

If you find anything that has gold plating then post it to get the proper grade.

They all seem ceramic... How can I verify like you asked? Does them being ceramic make a difference?

Some of the labels from the sleeves have dates on them from 1991, 1992 & 1994. These came from a printing equipment manufacturer. None have gold legs unfortunately. Everything in there is represented in the pics. There are mostly the rectangle ones, but some square. Probably a 95% / 5% mix.

What exactly is in the last two pics? Looks like a processor, but no gold anything on it.

Generically ceramics makes heavier cpus so even in the lowest class it’s better than the plastic ones for scrap. ;)
Any white, purple, red, green, ... coloured ceramics are worth review.
Even without legs occasionally full fledged CPUs or higher grade ASICs can go as pinless. It’s not common but can happen.

The last photo. That’s a “package” design for electrical components. Capacitors and resistors are most common. As above snip or pull the brass off if you want.
