Hi All,

I need help on grading these boards. They came out of large printers (the ones from copy shops). Kind of by default they are peripheral but due to the larger than average ic chip population I am hoping they can fetch for telecom.

I can see A, C, and D going for telecom. B does not appear to have the right amount of IC chips present to warrant telecom grade. A has very good IC density. C and D have a good amount of IC density to give it telecom grade over peripheral. That density is not present on B, so B would be peripheral at the minimum.
