I was given these by my telecom guys at work, and they say they are phone power boards out of the office phones we use. I got a quote for "telecom", but after reading the description more thoroughly, I don't think that is the right category. Please help me figure out what to quote.

At that price, it'd cost more money to ship it than I would get for them. I guess I'll just have to strip them myself. Thanks.

If you strip carefully and keep the gold legs intact the ic units will usually either be classed black fiber or green fiber depending on what's inside them.
The capacitors all usually can get al#2 if you ask.
And those loops are silver or nickle plated copper.
And if you dump that card locally it will probably fetch bare board #2 despite being brown on one side for the copper and gold contacts. 15-25c/lb right now.

Populated like the picture it's low. Strip it and it would be midgrade. As far as Boardsort is concerned.
