Good catch, even though it didn't turn out to be Hg, the wetted relays are a similar form factor. Luckily, they are almost always by law labelled as such (see photo). We get box truck loads of telecom boards from a decommissioning once a month or so and the low end power supply boards and a couple others have contained them, so I have to be super careful to remove them before shipping to the refinery. Just one of those bad boys can contaminate an entire load.
