unsure if these little tabs are gold plated and what spec.
they were pulled from a 7038-6m2 1.2ghz

They appear to be. To be more accurate in grading the board, would it be possible to see another photo with the heat sinks removed?

It appears that there are IC chips or CPU chips on those heatsinks. One appears to be ceramic, so it would pay well once separated from the heatsink. A screwdriver and a little bit of elbow grease should separate the two. I'm guessing by the size of the one chip the board is large socket, but to be 100% accurate in grading, we would need to see the board in its entirety with the heatsinks removed. If unsure of the IC chips removed, post a photo of those once you get the heatsinks removed.

the cpus are white ceramic type material.
I only have two boards

We would buy those boards as Telecom grade but those whopper heatsinks and metal casing must be removed.
