In order.

Telco
Peripheral

Break/snap the small boards from the large piece. Big guy is midgrade. Small ones peripheral

Suggestions
That first board. If you pull the coax ports iff the board will go peripheral. The ports you can sell to a jewelry shop or refiner for a nice bit more than boardsort can pay. They're fairly thick plating compared to most electronic scrap. (Usually gold on nickel/brass or nickel/magnesium).
Or ebay under coins/ bullion, gold other

Are those gold coax ports always of a decent quality, even on modems?

Not really but they are worth more than the gold connector class which factors steel into the price.
The reason here though is you have gold plating outside and inside.
A wild estimated range somewhere between $2-$5/lb.
I get quite a few of those boards each month and pop the connectors and sell them to the coin shop near my house.
