First one looks like an 8k series hp switch from a rack server. Second one is a scsi quad channel controller. Socket in the centre probably held an 80287 or an i382 cpu.
Yes both are telco.
You may want to try eBay for the second one because despite the damage it looks like many if the ICs are intact and these days scsi parts are getting hard to come by. Just list it as parts/repair. You're bound to get bites on it. [edit]the scsi board has an amd 80x16 cpu so the little guy from the socket was probably an am80x220 or am80x287 Assuming you pulled it and not the previous holder condition unknown those two can fetch $2-$5 if the pins are all intact. If it worked/works about double to 10x that much. [/edit]
