These came from CRTs and Power Supplies. Are they something that Boardsort will take? And if so, what grade? Do I need to do anything else to break them down further?

They're all low grade. You can pull aluminium and copper for local as they're worth more than the boards.

Pulling the aluminum and copper was fairly difficult on the one power supply I started with... do you have any ideas/suggestions for how to do this?

Mike the Scrapper had done a video a year or two ago where he breaks down low grade boards for metal recovery. On most of what you have here, pliers and elbow grease will be your best tools. When I do low grade boards, I usually go for the transformers with the most weight or exposed copper. Exposed copper transformers then can be further broken down to recover the wire which can go as #2 copper.
