this doesn't work for voltage regulator cards, those will be graded differently because of the components with excessive weight.... but as a general rule this will apply.
I have also sent the top board in as backplane with no problem multiple times.
The bottom one I treat a little differently because I refine some of that material. usually I remove the gold fingers, then cut the left and right sections off and put them in back plane. The middle section I will remove the chips for refining and put the leftover board in peripheral.
I would say there is a chance that it could be graded small socket server, but I am of the opinion that western said, it has some pretty good components on it and is better than your average gold finger card... that's where I would toss it.
