I have this old flip phone and I see there is rate for it. Does this qualify for cell phone without battery at $5.25 per lb? What about the board itself at $10.50?

A cell phone is a cell phone.

Does not qualify for a cell phone board because it is a complete cell phone.

Selling it as is (without the battery) will get you the cell phone without battery price. If you have a large quantity of SIM chips, sell those separately. To get the best price on cell phones, take a precision screwdriver set to the phone and dismantle it. If there's a mylar cover over the contacts on the keypad, you can leave it in place. Remove it only if you know someone who is refining keyboard and keypad mylars for silver.

I inquired about mylars and boardsort told me they did not accept those. My suggestion would be to sell them on ebay. If you are trained to do it, you can use acid to recover the silver.

Last i heard sim chips were only 25 cent per pound but regardless. I would leave the chip in and get 5.25 the price per pound of cell phones unless the price of the chips get above 525 which doesnt seem plausible
