almost all small miscellaneous boards go as peripherals as long as it is green board (green on both sides).

you only have to worry about it being mid grade if it is the brittle green board (breaks easily when bent), or brown on one side. The one caveat is if normal green board is almost totally blank. Most of the times you only see this for boards that someone has stripped all the components off of.

I have brought literally tons of material to the guys at the dock and none of the small stuff any higher.... they just don't give anything higher unless it is a full/large board (that was the explanation they gave me). Obviously RAM, GF cards, and drive boards are an an exception, but they have a clear designated category.
