Somewhere between $10 and $25. Again depending on configuration If it has a long skinny Z80 or Zr32 gold caps they are 8086/8088 chips and then it's down to configuration purely; and how good your local yards are as well. Shipping an old working Tandy and have it still working on the other end of it's travels takes some tlc in packing and static protection padding etc (I suggest a pacmail or Fedex office and shipping it priority or ground, respectively, and paying for them to pack it). But if you have a 32 in there, and a working 2 or 5 meg hard drive you're easily over the $75 mark now in resale. Over $100 if you have cp/m
As scrap, if you have the right set of buyers locally as well, a 5 meg hard drive can get you $20 alone parting it out. Lots of silver, palladium, nice rhodium pickups. And the platters are gold aluminium alloy. Non of that boardsort buys but of real value; comparatively. The main board will be atleast large socket, if not telco. Ram cards if installed are silver finger ram. But they probably aren't installed. If they are they'd be worth $5-10 each (per 32k). They're ecr boards and look very different from modern ram cards. Any expansion will be gold finger or telco. Not counting as long as the pins are straight I'd sell the bios for $5-10 as condition unknown. Award or Zilog bios chip. They're static resistant so just stick it in a piece of polystyrene to keep the pins safe. But if you have a gold pin bios, and the pins are bent, it goes as pentium ceramic. Etc etc
Bottom line plug it in and see if it boots. If it does post some specs or photos, and what OS it boots to, and I can guide you to some idea of a price range. If it's doa post photos and I'll class out the boards for you. :)
