Hello, I am new and never sold anyhting here.Does Boeardsort buy insulated wires?

I believe that is the mixed wire category.

I can't speak to whether or not they would buy a bunch of single strand 10 gauge insulated as #1 at a better price but they might.

I think you are right.

I been thinking of sending my wire to them, they pay way way more then any one local to me and I have to take a day off to take it locally in as I work in a different area then the local scrap yard. Wonder if board sort would like me sending in 50+lb of wire at a time ? I get a crap ton of it, normally I strip the longer stuff to cast but the sort wires are a pain and I get so much wire and go so long without sending any in that it piles up, same for cans, so many folks give me cans and so many places around me have cans in their trash that I have 300 or 400lb of it at any given moment.

It is definitely insulated wire and £50 is fine they can take a truckload if you coordinate it
