I have a couple boards that are lacquered for waterproofing, do those go under low grade peripheral or low grade , which is 50 cents a pound? If they weren't lacquered , they'd be high grade peripheral.
Thanks

Post photos in the "what is it" section.

Could be as low as Auto Board without Box, that's typically where lacquered boards go.

I'm not gonna post photos I mean everyone here I'm sure knows what a lacquered board is, It's either low peripheral or simply low-grade

Boards vary in many ways. If you want accuracy, post pics. If not, assume auto board without box
¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Most sealed or lacquered boards are auto board without box. Most.
But about a third of them are higher: be it low or high peripheral, or even telco as Chris has himself pointed out before.

The basic statement that they would be peripheral high grade peripheral, alone, doesn’t help as much as first thought would make. High peripheral itself is the absolute largest category of variation. It’s literally the catch-most class.

That is then compounded by the lacquer or sealer. (Not the same thing, btw). How much, how thick, what type.

I you can post a photo I’ll do my best to point you to the most likely class.
